Join us on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. This hands-on workshop will introduce you to powerful TPC (Thought Process Conditioning) techniques to help you overcome mental barriers, shift your perception, and create positive change in your life.

What is TPC?

TPC is a cognitive system based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). It helps you identify and alter negative Thoughts & Mental Images (TMI) that contribute to limiting beliefs and behaviors. By using TPC, you can learn to replace unhelpful thought patterns with positive mental imagery and create lasting change in your life.

TPC Daily Techniques: These are daily exercises that help individuals maintain a positive and productive mindset. Regular practice helps manage stress, increase focus, and reduce the impact of negative TMI patterns.

TPC 2D Observer: A mental technique that allows individuals to observe their thoughts and identify negative TMI patterns without becoming emotionally affected by them. This helps in gaining control over their  TMI

TPC Anchor Imagery: This technique involves anchoring positive mental images that can be recalled to shift focus from negative thoughts to empowering, positive ones. It's a way to reframe your mindset in challenging situations.

TPC Deep State: A deep mental conditioning state similar to meditation, designed to help individuals become more familiar with their thought processes, improve mental clarity, and increase focus.

TPC Mindset Reset: A mental "reset" technique that helps individuals snap out of negative thought patterns and recondition their mindset for positivity and productivity.

How TPC Works:

TPC operates on the understanding that the way we think affects every aspect of our lives. By training the brain to process thoughts in a structured and intentional way, TPC helps individuals break free from limiting beliefs, overcome mental barriers, and achieve success in their personal and professional lives.
